Our school is located in Caleta Famara. Caleta Famara is a small fishing village situated in the heart of the Natural Park of Famara, a protected area far away from mass tourism and surrounded by the stunning Risco de Famara, a 600m high cliff.

Famara Beach is 6 km long and is perfect for practising both surf and kitesurf. According to the Stormrider Guide 98, Lanzarote is considered the European Hawaii thanks to its large volcanic areas and the great variety of waves for all levels it offers.

HOW TO GET FROM LANZAROTE AIRPORT TO FAMARA?

Take a taxi from the airport to Caleta Famara: The approximate cost is €40.

Rent a car: We recommend you choose one of these car rental options.

Take the bus:

Monday to Friday: Take the Airport Line 22 until the Central Bus Station. Once there take Line 20 until Caleta Famara.

Weekends: Take the Airport Line 23 until the Central Bus Station and then take Line 3 until Costa Teguise. Once there take Line 3 until Caleta Famara.
